Plot

Vijay(Prajwal Devraj) is a reckless young man. Despite being the son of a dedicated police officer, Vijay indulges in silly, nefarious activities such as kidnapping the lecturer's son to get question papers. These activities earn him the scorn of the bubbly Nandini (Andrita Ray). Nandini is the daughter of Vijay's fathers friend, another cop. Nandini and Vijay don't get along, quarrel all the time. To their shock, their parents decide to marry them to each other. They're naturally unhappy about the development. But before they can do anything about it, the two are kidnapped by a terrorist called Basheer who needs to settle a personal score with Vijay's father. They're then taken to his forest hide-out. Vijay and Nandini prove quite resourceful, and escape from the forest, with the terrorists and wild animals on their tail. In the process, they fall in love with each other.

Reception

The film had a quiet release. The critics didn't pan the film, neither did they praise it. There was much expectations from Mahesh Babu as he had delivered two super hits with Puneet Rajkumar before. The general consensus was that he did well to maintain his record. The film's slow tempo was criticized. The lead actors were praised. Audience response was similar to the critical response. The film quietly finished a 50 day run at its main theater, but didn't make much of a splash.
